What is health coaching?
Health coaching is the process of educating, guiding and supporting a client to achieve his or her chosen health goals, including reducing the risks of developing lifestyle-related chronic diseases, reducing the frequency of falls, reducing complications due to inactivity, thereby improving quality of life.
A Health Coach believes unreservedly in their clients’ capacity for change and will hold them in unconditional positive regard as they support, educate and empower them to find their way to better health
